Your contribution is not just a donation; it’s a lifeline for disadvantaged children
Australia is in the grip of a troubling teen mental health crisis, spanning from ADHD to severe anxiety and depression. Alongside this, we’re witnessing a distressing surge in tech addiction, delinquency and youth crime. Many families are left without hope as systems have failed, feeling lost and uncertain about where to turn.
Enter Veteran Mentors. Since 2017, we’ve been committed to empowering the next generation with vital life skills through our Junior Leader Program. Providing them with a new beginning filled with leadership skills, boosted self-esteem and enhanced resilience.
Yet, despite our best efforts, numerous children who could benefit are unable to access our program, missing out on the support they desperately need.
With your support, we can open doors for these children to join our program and transform the lives of countless families.
At just 13, Levi battled with anger, gaming addictions and school struggles. His mother, Amy, knew she couldn’t face Levi’s challenges alone. Desperation gripped her heart as she feared Levi might succumb to the same cycle of poor choices and crime that had plagued others in their family.
When Amy discovered Veteran Mentors, she knew she couldn’t afford to send her son to camp but fuelled by a mother’s unwavering determination, she reached out for help and was placed on a waitlist.
Then, in January 2024, one of our partners, Campsie RSL, made a generous donation that changed everything. It opened the door for Levi to join the Junior Leader Program where he experienced a life-altering transformation and found purpose with the support of our community.
At the heart of our fundraising promise is our commitment to transparency, integrity and impactful giving.
We operate independently of government support. Every generous donation directly supports children who cannot afford to attend our program.
Your support holds the power to create real, lasting change.

We guarantee that every donation supports approved applicants, with only the necessary funds allocated for essential operations.

Sponsorship
We’re dedicated to providing a limited number of partial or fully funded sponsorships, further extending our commitment to accessibility.
With our military service background, we know what it takes to succeed in the most challenging environments.
Our strategies and skills include mental and physical resilience, effective communication, conflict resolution, and managing stress and fear through unique holistic practices.
By experiencing these techniques, young people gain a newfound ability to self-regulate their emotions, reduce reactivity, and confront feelings of anxiety and depression.
This profound shift empowers them to carry these skills into their future and confidently tackle challenges of all shapes and sizes.
These tools are crucial in guiding Australian youth to become more productive and engaged members of society.
